- An academic system that links the undergraduate program at the college of International Studies with the master's program at the Graduate School of Pan-Pacific International Studies. By allowing students to earn credits toward early graduation, the required period of study for both the bachelor's and master's degrees can each be shortened by one semester, enabling students to obtain both degrees in a minimum of five years.
