Commencement Ceremony for Winter 20 (Feb 2021) Official Ceremony Cancelled (Photo Zone only)

The graduation ceremony for the 1st half of the 2020 school year (Feb 2021) has been inevitably cancelled under the government`s quarantine guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID 19 infections.

Instead, in order to let the graduates celebrate their graduation with their friends and families, graduation gown rental and "Photo Zone" outside the Central Library will be operated under the following schedule.

Please feel free to celebrate and take photos during the period.

1.      Photo Zone Operation

w  Period: Feb. 17, 2021 (Wed.) – Feb. 25, 2021 (Wed.)

w  Location: In front of the Central Library (pictured below)​

2.       Distribution of Diploma and Graduation Gown Rental

w  Diploma Distribution

w  Where: GSP Administration Office

w  From: Feb. 24.(Wed.) (Not available on weekends)

w  Please Note: The Diploma is to be kept by each student and is issued only once at the time of graduation. After receipt, please pay extra attention not to lose it.

w  Graduation Gown Rental

w  Rental/Return: Aug 19.(Wed.) – Aug 25.(Tue.), 10:00am – 16:00pm

(Rental / return not available on weekends)

w  Location: GSP Administration Office

w  Please bring rental deposit(35,000 won) and Student ID (30,000won Will be returned upon gown return, and 5,000won will be the Laundry fee)

3.      Instructions regarding COVID-19

w  Refrain from visiting if you have recently developed fever/respiratory symptoms or have traveled abroad within 14 days.

w  Refrain from visiting if you are under high-risk group category (senior citizens aged 65 or older, pregnant women, patients with chronic illnesses, etc.).

w  Comply with the building entrance guidelines (no access to building with body temperature above 37.5°C).

w  According to the social distancing guidelines, basic rules for COVID-19 prevention must be followed when waiting in line for taking photos (wearing masks, keeping at least 1 meter away from others, etc.).

w  Sanitize hands using hand sanitizer provided.

4.      Others

w  For free parking, please submit the parking discount ticket available near photo zone upon exiting.
